Shipping policy
Shipping Process
We need an average of 1–2 business days to process your order and transfer it to our courier's sorting center. Some items may take longer, especially during major holidays
(up to 10 days) or if your order includes highly sought-after products with limited availability.
Once your order enters the processing stage at our shipping department, no changes can be made (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase.
We ship only on business days; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates, depending on the location of our manufacturing partners.
Tracking
All orders are processed with a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking code when your order is transferred to the courier's sorting center.
For some carriers, tracking information may take several days to be updated.
If more than 5 business days have passed since your purchase and tracking is still not available, please contact us.
Deliveries
Delivery times vary depending on the country or region. We do not provide guaranteed delivery times.
These are our approximate estimates:
United States: 7–10 business days
Canada, Europe: 7–10 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 7–10 business days
Mexico, Central America, South America: 7–10 business days
Note: The times indicated refer to business days only and do not include our processing time of 1–2 days.
Although we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Veiloa Dublin is not responsible for delays due to external circumstances such as postal or customs procedures, holidays, weather conditions, strikes, protests, or other events beyond our control.
Duties, taxes, and customs charges
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs charges, which are levied when the shipment reaches the recipient's country.
These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Veiloa Dublin has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If a shipment is refused and returned to the sender, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs.
Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
Lost/stolen/damaged packages
Veiloa Dublin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly and file a report.
Note: We use the tracking data and the courier's delivery confirmation to assess claims relating to damage or non-delivery. We cannot guarantee that your claim will be accepted if it is not reported correctly.
Responsibility for incorrect address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is correct before placing the order.
Once the order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately, so we cannot change the address after it has been sent.
If the package has already been processed by the shipping department, we will not be able to retrieve it or change its destination.
